At 220 Wellness, we believe your care should be simple, clear, and “2nd to None.”
What is Direct Primary Care (DPC)?
Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a membership-based healthcare model that removes insurance from the equation. You pay a flat monthly fee and receive direct access to your provider, same-day visits, personalized care, and ongoing wellness support — all without the red tape.
Insurance is designed for “sick care.” We’re focused on wellness care.
By staying independent from insurance, we can spend more time with you, tailor your care, and focus on what actually keeps you well — not just what’s covered.
Each membership tier includes different levels of access and services. Depending on the plan you choose, your membership may include:

We help coordinate referrals, provide relevant records, and continue to support you through recovery. While we don’t provide specialty care, we serve as your healthcare hub — keeping all the moving parts connected.
We’re more than a clinic — we’re a care philosophy.
“220” means 2nd to None, and we take that seriously. You get direct access to a highly experienced providers who takes time, listens deeply, and are fully invested in your long-term wellness. No waiting rooms. No corporate policies. Just care, done right.
Your care at 220 Wellness is always “2nd to None.”
